Jerry.ai is seeking a Customer Operations teammate for a fully remote role. You will help customers manage car and home insurance with warmth and speed, catching issues customers didn’t know to ask about and guiding them through our app.

You’ll handle inbound calls, understand the product, and solve problems to keep customers satisfied while supporting a fast-growing team. Equity and flexible scheduling are included.

Qualifikationen

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
• Strong work ethic
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills

Aufgaben

• Taking great care of our customers and identifying gaps customers didn't know to ask about.
• Answering inbound calls from policyholders who need changes.
• Getting deep on the product and knowing which insurance fit each customer.
• Problem solving to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Processing service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
• Making the product better by feeding back customer insights.
