Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Customer Operations team member to take care of our customers across car and home services, delivering warm, speedy support and helping customers with coverage questions and product navigation.

You’ll work with a large panel of insurance options, resolve inquiries, and contribute ideas to improve the product. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling and equity in a fast-growing insurtech startup.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers. Catch the bug the customer didn't know to ask about.
• Answering inbound calls from policyholders who need something changed.
• Getting deep on the product and know which insurer fits which customer.
• Problem solving to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Processing service requests — vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
• Making the product better by sharing feedback and observations.
