Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with significant e-learning design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning, ILT, blended, or performance support training.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to establish objectives and learning strategies.
• Develop learning project proposals and ensure alignment to objectives and outcomes.
• Identify and communicate innovative ideas to gain consensus and partnership.
• Stay current with trends in adult learning and instructional design best practices.
