Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years designing and developing e-learning and training materials.
• 5+ years in Education or business environments.
• 3+ years designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions with Articulate 360 Suite.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with instructional design tools such as Storyline.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops learning projects and content aligned to objectives.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to create instructional strategies.
• Develops proposals for learning projects and solutions.
• Ensures training solutions reflect best practices and adult learning principles.
• Keeps up with trends in learning methods and technologies.
