Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer II to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended, or performance-support training solutions for Ryder employees.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective objectives and content; manage projects to meet deadlines and stay current with adult learning principles and tools like Storyline.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are essential in this remote role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, education, instructional design technology, or related area.
• Five or more years in education or business environments designing and developing e-learning and blended training.
• Three or more years assessing, designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions; Experience with Articulate 360.
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and Storyline + client collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning, ILT, blended or performance-support training.
• Consult with SMEs to develop objectives, content, and evaluation strategies.
• Design and develop learning project proposals.
• Ensure solutions match objectives and outcomes; promote best practices in instructional tech.
• Stay current with trends in learning methods and adult learning principles.
