The role collaborates with SMEs, designs learning strategies, and delivers assessment-driven content. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in education or business environments, expertise in Articulate 360 Suite and Storyline, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years equivalent experience in designing and developing e-learning materials.
• Master's degree preferred in related field.
• 5+ years education or business environment.
• 3+ years in designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions; experience with Articulate 360.
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Storyline and other development tools.
• Knowledge of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Creates learning content and testing aligned to major training initiatives.
• Consults with SMEs to develop instructional objectives and learning strategies.
• Designs and develops learning project proposals.
• Ensures solutions match objectives and outcomes; promotes innovative ideas.
• Keeps up with emerging trends in learning methods and adult learning best practices.
• Collaborates with team members and performs other duties as assigned.
