Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, education, instructional design technology or related area.
• 5+ years in education or business environment.
• 3+ years designing and developing learning solutions and e-learning materials.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create learning content and testing aligned with major training initiatives.
• Consult with SMEs to develop objectives, content, and learning strategies.
• Design and develop learning project proposals.
• Ensure solutions match objectives and desired outcomes and communicate innovative ideas.
• Stay current on emerging trends in learning methods and adult learning.
