Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer II to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning and blended training solutions for Ryder employees.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs, client partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact learning that aligns with business goals. The position requires advanced knowledge of instructional design, Storyline or similar tools, and Microsoft Office, with a preference for expertise in Articulate 360 Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, education, instructional design technology, or related area; minimum 8 years related experience.
• Master's degree preferred in related field.
• Five (5) years or more education or business environment experience; required.
• Three (3) years or more of assessing, designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions; experience with Articulate 360 Suite required.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies advanced required.
• Knowledge of how to work with clients and SMEs to develop training strategies and solutions advanced required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel intermediate required.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops learning projects and proposals.
• Collaborates with SMEs and clients to develop objectives, content, and evaluation strategies.
• Ensures solutions align with objectives and outcomes; stays current with adult learning best practices.
