Job summary

Fidium Fiber is seeking a sales-driven professional to handle inbound sales calls and participate in campaigns that promote services. The role includes upgrading plans, retaining customers, and assisting website inquiries, with remote eligibility.

Primary duties include answering calls, processing orders, and promoting VOD/PPV offerings while supporting referral programs and multi-dwelling unit sales. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or Inside/Outside sales.
• Knowledge of Seibel and Microsoft Office software preferred.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Primary duty is to answer sales calls.
• Upgrade Campaigns: Makes outbound calls to create more double and triple plays and to assist current subscribers understand the benefits of buying additional services.
• Customer Retention: Help with retention efforts. Contacts subscribers after they have been with the company a period of time to show appreciation and explain current promotions to keep them on current service level.
