Job summary

Fidium Fiber is seeking a sales-focused professional in Mobile, AL, with a track record in Inside/Outside sales and excellent communication. This non-exempt role supports customer acquisition, upgrades, retention, and promotions, including MDU opportunities and events.

Remote work may be possible, with a strong benefits package and growth potential. Responsibilities include handling calls, executing upgrade campaigns, assisting website leads, and promoting VOD/PPV.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or Inside/Outside sales. Must have excellent verbal communication skills and good writing skills.
• Knowledge of Siebel and Microsoft Office software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer sales calls and process inquiries from marketing tactics.
• Make outbound calls to promote double and triple plays.
• Help with retention by contacting subscribers after set periods.
• Assist website leads and follow up within a timely manner.
• Follow up with new customers after their 1st week to ensure satisfaction and promote additional services.
• Promote referral program and educate customers on products.
• Promote VOD and PPV events.
• Sell products and services to potential MDU customers via telephone and in person.
• Research competitors and assist at events as needed.
• Enter orders and maintain customer database.
• Report on time and maintain attendance.
