Fidium Fiber is seeking a sales-oriented professional to handle inbound and outbound calls, upsell services, and drive customer retention. The role involves responding to website leads, following up with new customers, and promoting VOD/PPV offerings.

A high school diploma is required, with experience in inside/outside sales and strong communication skills preferred. The position may be remote, with opportunities to engage in MDUs and community events.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service and/or Inside/Outside sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Siebel and Microsoft Office knowledge preferred.
• HS Diploma required.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to sales calls and inquiries from marketing efforts.
• Make outbound calls to promote double/triple plays and upsell services.
• Assist with retention by contacting existing subscribers.
• Handle website inquiries and timely follow-ups with new customers.
• Promote referral program and educate customers on products (VOD/PPV).
• Sell to MDU customers via telephone and face-to-face.
• Assist in competitive research and event presence as needed.
• Enter orders and maintain customer database.
