Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or Inside/Outside sales.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and good writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Primary duty is to answer sales calls.
• Upgrade Campaigns: Outbound calls to promote additional services.
• Customer Retention: Engage with subscribers to explain value and retain service.
• Website Inquiries: Respond to website leads promptly.
• New Customer Follow-up After 7 Days: Check-in with new customers.
• Promote Customer Referral Program: Explain referral program benefits.
• Promote VOD and PPV: Educate customers on product offerings.
• MDU Sales: Sell to MDU customers via telephone and in person.
• Competitive Research: Assist in research on competitors and promotions.
• Order Data Entry: Input orders and maintain customer database.
• Reports for work on time and attendance.
