Fidium Fiber is seeking a driven Inside/Outside Sales representative in a remote-capable role across the United States. Primary duties include handling sales calls, driving upgrade campaigns, and supporting customer retention initiatives while promoting VOD/PPV and referral programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or Inside/Outside sales.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and good writing skills.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Sales: primary duty is to answer sales calls generated through marketing tactics.
• Upgrade Campaigns: make outbound calls to promote double/triple plays and upsell services.
• Customer Retention: contact subscribers after certain periods to reinforce value of current promotions.
• Website Inquiries: respond to website leads promptly.
• New Customer Follow-up After 7 Days: check satisfaction after first week and explain additional services.
• Promote Referral Program and PPV offerings.
• MDU Sales: sell to MDU customers by phone and in person.
• Competitive Research: assist in researching competing services and promotions.
• Order Data Entry: input orders and maintain customer database.
