Fidium Fiber in the United States is seeking a remote-friendly inside sales specialist to drive growth, promote upgrades, and support retention initiatives for subscribers. You will handle sales calls, respond to website inquiries, and educate customers on products and promotions.

The role collaborates with marketing and customer care to deliver exceptional service, while promoting referrals and special events (VOD/PPV). A strong communicator with sales experience excels here.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or Inside/Outside sales required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Answer sales calls generated from marketing and inquiries.
• Make outbound calls to promote double/triple plays.
• Assist retention efforts by contacting customers after set periods.
• Handle website leads and ensure timely follow-up.
• Follow up with new customers after 7 days.
• Promote referral programs and upsell services.
• Educate customers on VOD/PPV and promotions.
• Sell to MDU customers via telephone and in person.
• Maintain order data and customer databases.
• Prepare reports and maintain attendance.
