Job summary

Fidium Fiber in the United States is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive growth through the indirect channel, upgrade campaigns, and retention efforts. Remote-friendly role with opportunities to impact communities served by a top fiber provider.

You will handle website inquiries, follow up with new customers after the first week, promote referrals and value-added services like VOD/PPV, and support MDU sales while contributing to competitive research and orderly data entry.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or inside/outside sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and good writing skills.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Answer sales calls as primary duty.
• Make outbound calls to upgrade plans and promote additional services.
• Assist with retention efforts and contact subscribers after specified periods.
• Handle website inquiries and contact leads promptly.
• Follow up with new customers after the first week to ensure satisfaction.
• Explain and promote referral programs.
• Promote VOD and PPV offerings to customers.
• Sell products and services to MDU customers via phone and in person.
• Conduct competitive research and assist in events as needed.
• Enter orders and maintain the customer database.
• Ensure timely reporting and good attendance.
