Fidium Fiber is seeking a motivated sales professional to support revenue growth from remote locations. The role focuses on answering sales inquiries, driving upgrades, and retaining customers while promoting the company’s fiber services.

The position emphasizes proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and participation in referral and promotional programs. A competitive compensation package and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or Inside/Outside sales.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and good writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Answer sales calls generated through marketing tactics and inquiries.
• Upgrade Campaigns: Make outbound calls to create more double and triple plays and explain benefits of additional services.
• Customer Retention: Help with retention; contact subscribers to show value of current promotions.
• Website Inquiries: Follow up on website leads in a timely manner.
• New Customer Follow-up: Check in after first week to ensure satisfaction and explain additional services.
• Promote Customer Referral Program: Educate customers on referral program benefits.
• Promote VOD/PPV: Educate customers on product offerings and PPV events.
• MDU Sales: Sell products to potential MDU customers by phone or in person.
• Competitive Research: Assist in researching competitors and promotions.
• Order Data Entry: Input orders and maintain customer database.
• Reports: Maintain attendance and punctuality.
