Fidium Fiber is seeking an Inside/Outside sales specialist to support growth from a remote location. The role emphasizes customer engagement, upgrading existing subscribers, and converting inquiries into sales.

You will assist website leads, conduct outreach to prevent churn, and promote our VOD/PPV services while contributing to a collaborative team. A High School Diploma is required, with competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside/Outside sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
• Knowledge of Siebel and Microsoft Office software preferred.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Answer sales calls from marketing and inbound inquiries.
• Make outbound calls to promote double and triple plays and upgrades.
• Support retention efforts and educate on current promotions.
• Assist website leads and follow up with new customers after their first week.
• Promote referral program and educate on VOD/PPV offerings.
• Handle MDU sales via telephone and in-person.
• Conduct competitive research and maintain order data entry.
