Waters Corporation is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to support revenue growth across an assigned territory. You will engage customers virtually and with field collaboration to develop opportunities and deliver value-based solutions for labs and related markets.

The role involves prospecting, account development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive growth across Waters products and services. Remote work in the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as required.
• Experience in sales is a plus; GPA 3.2 acceptable for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory growth plans to identify new business opportunities and expand customer relationships.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities via phone, video, email, and digital engagement.
• Collaborate with field sales, service, marketing, and applications teams to advance opportunities.
• Drive revenue through Waters instrumentation, informatics solutions, consumables, service agreements, and workflow solutions.
• Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
• Conduct virtual product presentations and customer business reviews with laboratory stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and align Waters solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Present territory performance and pipeline updates to sales leadership.
