Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory by developing and executing territory growth plans.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities through phone, video, email, and digital engagement.
• Partner with field sales, service, marketing, and application teams to advance opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through Waters instrumentation, informatics solutions, and service agreements.
• Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts through Salesforce.
• Conduct virtual product presentations and solution discussions with laboratory stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and align Waters solutions to improve productivity and workflow.
• Develop strategic account plans to increase penetration and retention.
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Present territory performance and pipeline updates to sales leadership.
