• Partner with field sales, service, marketing and application teams to advance opportunities.
• Promote Waters instrumentation, informatics solutions and service agreements.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate forecasts using Salesforce.
• Conduct virtual product presentations and business reviews with lab stakeholders.
• Identify needs and align Waters solutions to improve productivity and workflow.
• Develop strategic account plans to increase penetration and retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity for growth.
