Waters Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support revenue growth across an assigned territory in a remote US setting. You will engage customers virtually, collaborate with field teams, and drive opportunities through the sales cycle, delivering value-based solutions to laboratories across pharma, clinical, industrial, and research markets.

The role focuses on prospecting new business, expanding existing relationships, and delivering forecasts and pipeline insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop territory growth plans to identify new business opportunities.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities via phone, video, email, and digital engagement.
• Partner with field sales, service, marketing, and applications teams to advance opportunities.
• Promote Waters instrumentation, informatics, consumables, service agreements, and workflows.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
