Waters Corporation is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth across an assigned US territory. The role blends virtual engagement with field collaboration, focusing on prospecting for new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and managing opportunities through the sales cycle.

You will partner with field sales, service, marketing, and applications teams to deliver value-based solutions that meet laboratory needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned territory by developing growth plans and identifying opportunities.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities via phone, video, email and digital engagement.
• Partner with field sales, service, marketing, and applications teams to advance opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth by promoting Waters instrumentation, informatics solutions, consumables, service agreements and workflow solutions.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate forecasts through Salesforce and reporting tools.
• Conduct virtual product presentations and business reviews with laboratory stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and align Waters solutions to improve productivity and workflow.
• Develop strategic account plans to increase customer penetration and retention.
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
