Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking a remote sales professional to engage past clients, assess their capital needs, and prepare qualified opportunities for Senior Sales Representatives to close within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Essential duties include high-volume outreach (120–200 calls daily), CRM updates, and relationship-building with business owners. Starting pay is $17/hr (+$1 shift differential nights & weekends) with incentives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Highly process-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach (120–200 calls per day) to prior customers seeking additional capital
• Communicate via phone, email, and text to assist past clients with new financing applications
• Identify client needs and align them with appropriate product offerings
• Re-engage previous customers to understand their experience and generate repeat business
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead statuses within the CRM system
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and task completion
• Collaborate with Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified prospects for closing
