Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking a remote Sales Outreach Specialist to engage past clients, assess capital needs, and prepare qualified opportunities for Senior Sales Representatives to close. You’ll conduct high-volume outreach, work via phone, email, and text, and maintain CRM records.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of quota-driven sales experience, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and is highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly process-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach (120–200 calls per day) to prior customers seeking additional capital.
• Communicate via phone, email, and text to assist past clients with new financing applications.
• Identify client needs and align them with appropriate product offerings.
• Re-engage previous customers to understand their experience and generate repeat business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead statuses within the CRM system.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and task completion.
• Collaborate with Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified prospects for closing.
