Five Star Solutions is hiring for a remote sales role based in the United States. You will engage with past clients to assess capital needs, gather documentation, and prepare qualified opportunities for senior reps to close.

The position offers 40 hours weekly, with starting pay at $17/hour plus a $1 night/weekend differential and performance incentives. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of sales experience, strong communication, and proven quota attainment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly process-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach (120–200 calls per day) to prior customers seeking additional capital.
• Communicate via phone, email, and text to assist past clients with new financing applications.
• Identify client needs and align them with appropriate product offerings.
• Re-engage previous customers to understand their experience and generate repeat business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead statuses within the CRM system.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and task completion.
• Collaborate with Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified prospects for closing.
