Job summary

Five Star Solutions, a fast-growing INC 5000 company, is seeking a motivated sales professional to engage with past clients, identify capital needs, and prepare qualified opportunities for Senior Sales Representatives to close. This remote role serves clients across multiple states and offers a base pay with incentives.

You’ll conduct high-volume outreach, build relationships with business owners, and collaborate with senior reps.

Qualifications

1–3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Highly process-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outreach (120–200 calls per day) to prior customers seeking additional capital.
Communicate via phone, email, and text to assist past clients with new financing applications.
Identify client needs and align them with appropriate product offerings.
Re-engage previous customers to understand their experience and generate repeat business.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead statuses within the CRM system.
Demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and task completion.
Collaborate with Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified prospects for closing.
