Ignition CX US LLC is hiring for a 100% remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2). This full-time role pays a base of $10 per hour plus uncapped commissions, with paid training and comprehensive benefits.

You’ll handle 15-25 inbound calls daily on TV, internet, and related services, often without outbound cold calling. The position requires grit, resilience, and a strong sales drive, with onboarding that lasts four weeks.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable handling objections and creating sales opportunities.
• Able to multitask using multiple computer applications.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries relating to TV, internet, phone, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Close sales using a consultative and customer-focused approach.
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment.
