Ignition CX US LLC is hiring a Remote Inbound Sales Representative for a 100% remote, work-from-home role with paid training and benefits. You will handle inbound inquiries, identify needs, and close sales in a fast-paced environment while enjoying uncapped earning potential.

The role offers a base pay of $10 per hour plus commission after training, a four-week onboarding, and ongoing coaching from a Team Leader, with full-time hours and remote onboarding and certification.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong sales drive, grit and resilience are essential.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries relating to TV, internet, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Close sales using a consultative and customer-focused approach.
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment
• Uncapped commission structure with no ceiling on earnings
• Base pay of $10 per hour plus commission after training
