Job summary

Ignition CX US LLC is hiring a Remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2) for a full-time, 40-hour remote role with paid onboarding and competitive commissions. You’ll handle 15-25 inbound calls daily, identify needs, and close sales in a performance-driven environment.

Base pay starts at $10 per hour plus commissions after training, with medical/dental/vision coverage and company-paid life and disability insurance. Fully remote onboarding is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Willingness to work in a remote, performance-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills and BYOE readiness.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries about TV, internet, phone, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Close sales using a consultative and customer-focused approach.
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment.
• Utilize BYOE with Windows 11 and multiple applications to multitask.
