Job summary

Ignition CX is hiring for a fully remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2) in a full-time capacity. You’ll handle inbound calls, identify customer needs, and close sales with a consultative approach. A paid four-week onboarding and ongoing coaching are included.

Base pay starts at $10 per hour plus commission after training, with comprehensive benefits and uncapped earning potential. This role is remote and nationwide within select U.S. locations, with BYOE and Windows 11 requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong sales drive, resilience, and confidence are essential.
• Ability to multitask across multiple computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries relating to TV, internet, phone, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Close sales using a consultative and customer-focused approach.
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment.
• Uncapped commission structure with no ceiling on earnings.
• BYOE setup with Windows 11; company equipment not provided.
