Job summary

Ignition CX is hiring full-time Remote Inbound Sales Representatives for nationally recognized telecommunications and home service brands. This W-2 position offers paid training, comprehensive benefits, and uncapped commission.

You’ll handle 15–25 inbound calls per day in a fast-paced, remote environment with a 40-hour weekly schedule. Base pay starts at $10 per hour plus commission after training; top performers earn $60,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• Inbound sales experience preferred but not required.
• Must reside in approved hiring states (GA included).
• Willing to complete all pre-employment screenings, including background and drug screenings where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries relating to TV, internet, phone, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Close sales using a consultative and customer-focused approach.
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment.
