Job summary

Ignition CX US LLC is hiring for a 100% remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2). You will handle 15–25 inbound calls daily, identify customer needs, and close sales with a consultative approach. The position includes paid onboarding, benefits, and uncapped commission.

This is a full-time remote role with BYOE, Windows 11 devices, and ongoing coaching from a Team Leader. Training is provided to help you succeed and grow in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle 15–25 inbound calls per day in a fast-paced environment.
• BYOE and basic to intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries relating to TV, internet, phone, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Close sales using a consultative and customer-focused approach.
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme.
• Participate in ongoing coaching with your Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment.
