Job summary

Ignition CX US LLC is hiring a Remote Inbound Sales Representative to handle 15-25 inbound calls daily, selling TV, internet and phone services with a consultative approach. This is a full-time, W-2 role with paid training and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Inbound sales experience and ability to handle 15–25 inbound calls daily.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement.
• Willingness to learn and be coached for performance growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries relating to TV, internet, phone, and related services
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Close sales using a consultative and customer-focused approach
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment
