Job summary

Ignition CX US LLC is seeking a Remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2) for a full-time, 100% remote role. You will handle about 15–25 inbound calls daily, assess needs, and offer suitable TV, internet, and phone solutions. Paid onboarding and comprehensive benefits accompany uncapped commission.

The role features paid training, ongoing coaching, medical/dental/vision coverage, and a BYOE setup with Windows 11. Shifts end by 8:00 PM EST, with remote onboarding and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable handling objections and creating sales opportunities.
• Able to multitask across multiple computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries related to TV, internet, phone and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Close sales using a consultative, customer‑focused approach.
• Complete a paid four‑week remote onboarding and sales certification program.
• Participate in ongoing coaching with your Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40‑hour schedule in a remote, performance-driven environment.
• Earn uncapped commission with no earning ceiling.
