Ignition CX US LLC is hiring for a Remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2) in a fully remote, 40-hour-per-week role. You’ll handle inbound calls for telecom and home services, identify needs, and close sales with a consultative approach.

Training is paid, with benefits and uncapped commissions after onboarding. BYOE policy applies and equipment is not provided by the company. This position is remote nationwide in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound sales or customer interactions is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple computer applications in a remote setting.
• Comfort with BYOE (bring your own equipment) and remote onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Handle 15–25 inbound calls per day in a remote, performance-driven environment.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable TV, internet, or phone services.
• Close sales using a consultative, customer-focused approach.
