Ignition CX US LLC is hiring for a Remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2). This full-time, work-from-home role offers paid training, comprehensive benefits, and an uncapped commission plan.

You will handle inbound inquiries and guide customers through TV, internet, and phone services in a fast-paced setting. Successful candidates will join a remote onboarding program, receive ongoing coaching, and operate on a 40-hour weekly schedule with performance-driven incentives.

Qualifications

• Inbound sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle 15–25 inbound calls per day in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to complete paid onboarding and certification.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries relating to TV, internet, phone, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Close sales using a consultative and customer-focused approach.
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment.
