Job summary

A customer service organization is seeking experienced professionals for a Winter Campaign Project. Candidates will handle inbound calls for renowned non-profit organizations like PBS and NPR. ACD Direct is looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills and prior telephone experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience.
• Moderate level of computer knowledge.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher.
• Must be self-directed and self-motivated.
• Strong listening skills and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from client’s callers.
• Complete the certification process within 14 days of acceptance.
