Job summary

A call center service provider is seeking experienced customer service professionals for their Winter Campaign Project. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls and assisting with donations primarily for non-profit organizations such as PBS and NPR. Candidates must have at least 6 months of telephone experience and be able to type 40 WPM. This remote Independent Contractor position requires self-motivation and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related.
• Moderate level of computer knowledge.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher.
• Must be self directed and self motivated.
• Strong listening skills and great smile.
• Accuracy and efficiency required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must demonstrate call control.
• Must be able to complete the entire certification process within 14 days of notification of acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and answer inbound calls.
• Prepare for calls by following scripts.
• Assist clients with their donations effectively.
