Job summary

A customer service organization is seeking experienced professionals for inbound call handling during their Winter Campaign Project. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of telephone experience and must demonstrate strong communication skills. Certification begins October 15th, 2015, with onboarding available within 48 hours after acceptance. This role offers an opportunity to work with various non-profit organizations, contributing to donation calls for PBS and NPR stations. Enthusiastic and motivated candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related.
• Moderate level of computer knowledge required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and be self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while answering inbound calls.
• Follow scripts and accurately take donations during calls.
• Complete the certification process within 14 days of acceptance.
