Job summary

A home-based service provider is seeking experienced customer service professionals for a Winter Campaign Project. The role involves answering inbound calls for non-profit organizations such as PBS and NPR. Candidates must have at least 6 months of telephone experience and the ability to complete a certification process. Ideal applicants are self-motivated with strong communication skills, aiming for certification readiness by mid-November. This is a contract position with a potential for increased earnings during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related.
• Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher.
• Must demonstrate call control and complete certification within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by answering inbound calls.
• Assist clients with donations for PBS and NPR stations.
• Prepare independently for calls and follow scripts.
