ACD Direct is looking for experienced customer service professionals for their Winter Campaign Project starting the last week of November 2015. Agents will handle inbound donation calls primarily for PBS and NPR stations.

The project emphasizes certification readiness by November 15, 2015, and aims to select motivated individuals who can complete the certification within 14 days. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and prior telephone experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related.
• Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via inbound calls.
