Job summary

A customer service firm is seeking experienced professionals for a remote role in their Winter Campaign Project. The project allows you to take calls primarily for non-profit organizations, including PBS and NPR. Candidates should have a minimum of six months of telephone experience and be self-motivated. Successful agents will complete the certification process within 14 days and can expect larger earnings during one of the busiest campaigns of the year. The role requires excellent communication skills and a typing speed of 40 WPM or more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related.
• Must be self-directed and self-motivated.
• Previous call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from enthusiastic callers.
• Complete the entire certification process within 14 days of notification.
• Prepare independently for calls.
