Job summary

A customer service organization is looking for experienced professionals to join their winter campaign project. Starting in late November, selected candidates will take inbound donation calls for non-profit organizations like PBS and NPR. Qualified candidates will have at least 6 months of telephone experience and must type a minimum of 40 WPM. They should be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Certification for the project will start mid-October, and completion is required within 14 days of acceptance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably in a call center.
• Moderate level of computer knowledge required.
• Must type 40 WPM or higher.
• Must complete certification process within 14 days of acceptance.

Responsibilities
