Job summary

A customer service organization is seeking experienced Independent Contractors for a Winter Campaign Project starting late November. Candidates will provide customer service through inbound calls for non-profit organizations. Successful applicants will have at least 6 months of telephone experience, excellent communication skills, and must complete a certification process within 14 days. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related.
• Moderate level of computer knowledge.
• Must demonstrate call control.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and represent ACD Direct's clients.
• Complete the entire certification process within 14 days of notification.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
