Job summary

TalentNeuron, LLC is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of SWP implementations. You will translate designs into executable plans, guide deployment and onboarding, and coordinate cross-functional teams and partners to realize value quickly through adoption and change management.

You will drive training, hand off to Customer Success, and help continuously improve playbooks and delivery processes for ongoing client success.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading complex SaaS implementations with multiple stakeholders and executive visibility.
Strong project and program management skills, including planning and risk tracking.
Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation delivery from kickoff through go-live and adoption.
Own the solution design and delivery model for the implementation.
Translate designs into actionable delivery plans and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and partners to stay on track.
Oversee readiness, data provisioning, integrations, testing, cutover and stabilization.
Deliver training and enablement for key user groups and support adoption.
