Job summary

ShipHawk is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end deployments of our WMS and TMS solutions in a remote U.S. setting. You will own schedules, coordinate technical teams, and keep customers informed from kickoff through go-live.

The successful candidate will manage multiple implementations, maintain clear plans, mitigate risks, and drive on-time delivery while partnering with product and engineering teams to ensure successful go-live and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical project management, or customer-facing software delivery.
• Proven experience managing multiple complex customer implementations simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence leading customer-facing meetings.
• Comfortable working with technical concepts, data workflows, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple WMS and TMS implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and conduct kickoff meetings, status updates, and discussions.
