Job summary

PKR is seeking an Implementation Manager to guide new clients through the successful deployment of our talent management solution. You will own the implementation from kickoff through configuration, testing, training, and go-live while keeping projects on schedule and within scope.

You will coordinate with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and technical teams, run discovery sessions, translate requirements into platform configurations, and lead administrator and end-user trainings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software implementation or SaaS projects.
• Experience with HR technology or talent management SaaS is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and action items.
• Lead kickoff meetings, project reviews, and solution workshops.
• Translate requirements into effective talent management platform configurations and workflows.
• Coordinate testing, configuration validation, and go-live readiness.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and technical teams.
