Meridian AI Inc. is seeking a Customer Implementation Manager to own the client relationship and lead the full implementation from kickoff through go-live.

You will partner with the Platform Specialist handling technical backend work and ensure on-time delivery with clear handoffs. You will run discovery sessions to define workflows, taxonomy, and adoption strategy, translating requirements into precise specifications and training materials.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of client-facing implementation or onboarding experience at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong project management skills with ability to run multiple implementations.
• Exceptional attention to detail in requirements, documentation, and handoffs.
• Advisor mindset providing informed client recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating business to tech.
• Strong deck-building skills for client-ready presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship and timeline from kickoff to go-live.
• Build the project plan, milestones, and manage dependencies.
• Gather requirements and provide informed recommendations on workflows and adoption.
• Translate client needs into technical specs for Platform Specialist.
• Deliver training and create client-ready guides and materials.
• Capture baseline business metrics and document outcomes.
• Run handoffs to Customer Success with complete context and transition.
