Job summary

Early Warning is seeking an experienced leader to drive adoption of its products through client-facing implementation, setup, and onboarding activities. You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations to ensure successful integrations and scalable playbooks.

The role emphasizes technical and UX design reviews, vendor management, and cross-functional alignment to deliver high-quality onboarding experiences for external clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in integrations, product implementation, or related roles.
• Strong experience with web browser and mobile app ecosystems (iOS, Android) and in-app user flows.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, consultants, or cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of digital checkout, payments, or e-commerce experiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving user experience and performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation delivery: manage direction to implementation team and consultants, enforce standards, review work for quality, drive timelines and outcomes, address friction points, implement pre-launch scorecards and post-launch reviews, lead technical and UX design reviews with clients.
• Serve as SME: escalation point for complex implementations, primary expert on mobile checkout and app-based implementations, advise partners on integration approaches, train and mentor team members.
• Drive cross-functional alignment: lead collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations, facilitate readiness assessments, ensure learnings are captured and scaled, support go/no-go decisions, partner with product to enhance documentation and training.
• Build scalable playbooks & standards: create repeatable processes and refine best practices based on data, feedback, and platform capabilities.
