Job summary

WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead a team of consultants and project managers during client implementations. You will manage delivery, align solutions with client goals, and drive value realization across diverse industries and geographies.

You will balance client and internal needs, manage delivery risks, and ensure timelines and budgets are met while maintaining a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of people management experience with external clients.
• 8+ years of project management orientation with enterprise software implementations.
• Familiarity with HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management preferred.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Ability to travel up to 25% (including international travel).
• Hybrid work model from ADP or WorkForce locations in Livonia, MI; Maitland, FL; Augusta, GA; or Schaumburg, IL.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of clients ensuring strong retention and long-term partnership growth.
• Function as a strategic partner to align solutions with business goals.
• Provide escalation management and resolution leadership for delivery concerns.
• Lead client governance discussions to address risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate on Statements of Work and change orders with profitable scoping.
• Communicate effectively across teams to implement positive change initiatives.
• Build a high-performing team through coaching and performance management.
• Monitor billable utilization and delivery costs to protect margins.
